WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Processing and Shipping: Our team works diligently with our fulfillment partners to prepare and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, though this may vary during periods of high demand or limited stock availability.
UK Orders: 5–7 business days.
International Orders: 7–12 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Glowberry is proud to offer international shipping through our trusted fulfillment partners. International shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you select your destination country. All applicable duties and taxes are collected at the time of purchase, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.
Once your order is placed, we will send your items to our international distribution partner, who will process and deliver the package to your address. No additional registration or fees are required to use this service.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in processing or transit and changes may not be possible. To request a cancellation or amendment, please contact us immediately at RUYIINCREMENTUM@proton.me.
RETURN POLICY
We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
