30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition
  • The item has not been worn, assembled, or altered
  • All original tags and labels remain attached
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at RUYIINCREMENTUM@proton.me. Do not send items back before reaching out to us first.

Once we receive your return request and confirm eligibility, we will provide you with:

  • A return shipping label (where applicable)
  • The return address and shipping instructions
  • Any additional guidance specific to your order

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted or processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please examine your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, contact us immediately at RUYIINCREMENTUM@proton.me. Include photographs of the issue where possible so we can assess the situation promptly and resolve it for you.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalised products made to your specifications
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before submitting a request.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase following the process above. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without needing to provide justification. This right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

To exercise this right, your item must still be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit to your statement.
