You may return any Glowberry product within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund. We accept returns on both opened and unopened products — because we want you to actually try them.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@glowberry.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@glowberry.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Gift cards and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
